She saw how it aligned with foundational competencies across helping professions, and how it could support a shift from curative to preventative care by helping clients build self-management skills—a critical need in healthcare globally.

Believing healthcare professionals don’t need full coaching accreditation to use these tools effectively, Hélène created the Dive Into a Coach Approach® (DICA) certification: a micro-credentialing program recognized by global organizations and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours.

For those interested in formal ICF credentialing, DICA offers Level 4 – ACC Readiness, a structured path with mentorship and performance evaluation support. Today, professionals and students across disciplines—OTs, PTs, chiropractors, nurses, and more—apply this methodology in settings from pediatrics to acute care, and clinical practice to leadership.

How It Works

Our proprietary Dive Into a Coach Approach™ (DICA) curriculum is designed to help uplevel healthcare professional’s competencies and skills to improve patient outcomes and support healthcare organizations recruitment and retention efforts.
